Who we are
NOI Annuities is a brand of NOI Wealth Partners, an independent insurance agency and an insurance services brand of NOI Enterprise Solutions, LLC. We are not an insurance company. Annuity contracts are issued by the insurance carriers whose products we offer, subject to our appointments and each product’s availability in your state.

Guarantees
Guarantees are backed solely by the financial strength and claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company. Annuities are not bank deposits, are not FDIC or NCUA insured, are not obligations of any bank, and are not insured by any federal government agency. State guaranty association coverage is limited and varies by state.
Fixed indexed annuities
Fixed indexed annuities are not investments in the stock market and do not participate directly in any index. Interest credited is calculated by reference to an index and is subject to caps, participation rates, spreads, and other contract terms that can change at renewal. In some periods no interest may be credited.
Surrender charges, withdrawals and fees
Annuities are long-term contracts. Withdrawals above the contract’s free-withdrawal amount during the surrender period may be subject to surrender charges and, in some contracts, a market value adjustment, which can reduce the amount you receive below your premium. Optional riders carry additional charges.
Taxes
Earnings are generally taxed as ordinary income when withdrawn. Withdrawals before age 59½ may be subject to an additional 10% federal tax. Annuities held within tax-qualified retirement accounts provide no additional tax-deferral benefit.
Suitability
No annuity is suitable for every individual. Any recommendation is made only after a review of your goals, financial situation, needs and other relevant information, as state law requires.
